Hey there! My name is Nate. My goal is to simply improve your fitness and health. For 26+ years, I’ve either trained for team sports or individual goals. First, I trained for strength and explosiveness, then for endurance (completed a mini-triathlon, marathon, multiple 100-mile bike races). I’m now focusing on functional strength and fitness into my golden years. I have a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Certifications with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). My specialties include strength training, body toning, overcoming injuries and nutrition analysis. You tell me how you want to improve and let’s go for it.
